Les Dames d’Escoffier will host Lisa in Tribeca where she will prepare a six-course Tuscan luncheon at Cooking by the Book courtesy of Dame Suzen O’Rourke. Her wholesome but light menu will be paired with crisp, flavorful wines donated by Dame Roberta Morrell, Morrell & Co.

Tucson Book Festival Cooking Demo Tuscon, AZ – 3/12/11 4PM – 5PM
The annual book festival takes over the University of Arizona’s campus for the weekend. At 4PM on Saturday the place to be is the Food Demonstration Pavilion where Lisa will be demonstrating the Marvelous Marinara from her book The Elixir of Life.
